Rongcheng's CSL Title Race Is Still In The Thick Of It

The Chinese Super League (CSL) title race is still very much alive, with just four rounds remaining until the final showdown. Currently, three teams - Guangzhou Evergrande, Shanghai SIPG and Jiangsu Suning - have their eyes on the prize.

Guangzhou Evergrande, who have won the league title in each of the last two seasons, are currently sitting pretty at the top of the table with 46 points from 15 matches. They have a comfortable lead over second-placed Shanghai SIPG, who have 42 points from 14 matches.

However, Jiangsu Suning are not far behind them, having won five games out of their last six matches to move up to third place with 40 points from 15 matches. They will be hoping to capitalise on any slip-ups by the other teams and take advantage of their home ground advantage.

Despite being down in fourth place, Shanghai Shenhua remain in contention for the title. They have 38 points from 15 matches and could potentially make a late charge if they can pick up some crucial victories in the coming weeks.

The CSL title race has been tight all season long, with no team having more than one win in their last five matches. This means that every game counts, and there is still plenty of football left to play.
